Large room plus a safe, a sofa bed, and central heating. Amazing location to an accessible white-sand beach.

Miserable staff!

Extensive and rich breakfasts with fresh orange juice squeezed to order.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

Spotless, well-equipped rooms with all the amenities.

The staff are super-friendly and amazingly nice and really care about the guests. A double room with sofa has basic facilities you need.

Stunning and comfortable location minutes from Banana. Great-sized room with a lot of space.

The venue was wonderful, I enjoyed the location really close to the beach, shops and restaurants, and the harbour and center, and pool views. The idea to include an electric kettle, a fridge, and an oven in the double room was nice.

No reason to complain, I enjoyed the stay and would go back in flash. I had a double room it was new-fashioned. The views of the pool were superb and the staff members were super-friendly and amazingly nice. The location was magnificent, just a pleasant stroll away from a sand beach.

Although everything was nice, some of the staff were kind of rude.

room was comfortable. had sofa bed for 2 extra persons. Had kichenette with kettle + fridge.

hotel does not cater for vegetarians. every main dish had meat or fish or seafood in it. even the margarine was made of lard (animal fat).we did ask (when we got there) the maitre de + reception if restuarant could make a vegetarian dish for us but were told that this was not possible. so we ended up eating salad + chips (no protein) every day even though we had paid for half board meals.(we had no choice). This tipped the stay into less value for money category for us. There was a ramp outside hotel to get to reception but the railing was not really suitable for disabled person to hold onto. There were only 2 (small) lifts and one was out of action for 3-4days of our stay.I would say the hotel is not suitable for elderly people.

The room was well-equipped, good sleep in an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was peaceful and reasonably priced: souvenir shops and supermarkets were within walking distance.

The pool was lovely and I had delicious drinks in the outdoor bar. All the facilities were very nice!

Fantastic overall experience. Wonderful and clean place, particularly good view to the hills from the balcony. Excellent service, delicious and great breakfast. Outdoor bar and well-maintained pool.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect, just a short walk to one of the best beaches. The staff at the hotel were amazing, especially when it was my wife's birthday. They went out of their way to make it special, even arranging a flower bouquet and champagne at the reception.

The breakfast offerings could have been better with more options for vegetarians.
